After the taste of Oromia, some kind of fresh fruit like orange smell first came up with my whole mouth and then very strong creamflavor followed up.When I swallow it, the sweet feedback obviously.And then I continued to taste my Kopi Luwak, some kind of wood flavor occupied my whole mouth, and my mouth felt dry immediately ,just like some good red wine or cigar,especially after the timing of swallowing. I don't know how to express the feeling. The composition of wood and sweet stayed on the surface of my mouth just like something bited my whole mouth and throat for a long long time. Even when I drink the water later, it still existed. I could just say the taste of sweet from Luwak really lasted for a really long time, and will enrich your memory of tasting a really good coffee in the world.It defeated the Oromia which awarded the champion of SCAA Coty 2012 at last. Luwak is deserved to be the most expensive coffee in the world.----By Thomas
